Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and earn loyalty points.

How do I update my email or shipping address?

Log in → My Account → Profile → Edit the relevant fields → Save.

Are your product photos accurate?

Yes, we use professional photography. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

An item is out of stock. Can I be notified when it’s back?

Yes—click on the button “Notify Me When Available.” Will notify when the item becomes available.

Do you offer customization or personalization?

Some of the products can be customised, made to order. Those products are mentioned in the Shop section.

Are prices shown with or without tax?

Prices exclude sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Funds appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning?

We don’t support exchanges yet—but you can return your item as per Spayci return policy and place a new order for the product you prefer!

Check tracking first. If delayed > Three days past estimate, contact support with your order number.

Reply to your order confirmation email with photos. We’ll send the correct item + a prepaid label for the wrong one.

How do I get started with the app?

Download from the App Store or Google Play. Search for the name Spayci.

Do I need an account to use Spayci?

Can be used as Guest also, But AI Basic generation is one generation per user for registered user, Bundle packages of AI image generation is based on the subscription plans* (Prices can be varied due to external factors like server upgrades and bandwidth allocations).

How do I update my profile or delete my account?

Go to Profile settings → Delete account. For deletion, select "Delete Account" (we'll confirm via email; all data is removed within 30 days per Indian DPDP act 2023).

How does the AI image generation work? Can I generate images from my photos?

Yes! Upload a base image in the editor, choose your basic goal, interior styles, Colors of your choice, Budget options and Room type with our AI (powered by models like our proprietary Spayci Sparks AI Imagen) generates a variation in seconds.

Why are some generations inconsistent or low-quality?

Spayci AI is meant to inspire your design ideas. Results may vary based on prompt clarity, image complexity, or device performance.

How do I use AR to place generated images?

Tap "AR Mode," point your camera at a flat surface (floor/table), and tap to anchor it. Walk around for 360° views—scale, rotate, or animate with gestures.

Why isn't AR tracking stable?

Ensure good lighting (avoid direct sun/glare), move slowly, and use texture surfaces. If issues persist, restart the session or update your device's AR framework (ARKit/ARCore).

Does AR drain my battery quickly?

AR uses camera/GPS heavily, so sessions last 20–30 mins on full charge. Close background apps and lower screen brightness for longer use.

Is Spayci App free?

Yes—basic AI generations (1/day) and AR sessions are free. Subscription unlocks set of image generation packages* and HD exports (pricing on the packages may vary due to external factors).

What payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay/Google Pay, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime via your store account.

How do credits or limits work?

Free tier: 3 3D Planner models/month, AI Image generation – 1 for free basic user and Premium: Set of bundles image generations based on subscription plans*. Unused credits will not roll over.
